Below you’ll find booking information and rates for Stretch & Company.
If you are just looking for the least expensive entertainers, they’re not here. However, if you are looking for top quality entertainment at a competitive rate, then you’ve come to the right place. Like many things in life, you get what you pay for, and cheaper is not always better. We take pride in our work, handle all events professionally and treat all of our clients like they are the most important people in the world to us. When you book entertainers from Stretch & Company, you can know that your guests will be more than satisfied with the quality of work that our entertainers provide, and you’ll be treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Our entertainers are specialists. When you book a face painter for an hour you’ll get a full hour of awesome face painting. Likewise, when you book a balloon artist you’ll get a full hour of fantastic balloon art. If you want balloons and face painting you’ll need to book 1 or more of each type of artist.
A balloon artist can create up to 40 pieces per hour if they’re simple designs. A face painter can paint up to 20 designs per hour if they’re simple. Fancier designs, or less cooperative kids will reduce these numbers accordingly.
For private events there is a one hour minimum unless the event is more than 50 miles from us one way. If the event is over 50 miles from us there will be a 1½ hour minimum. For corporate events there is a 2 hour minimum.

Travel Fees
If your event is 25 or more miles from us there will be a mileage fee added to compensate for the extra time and gas that will be invested in getting to and from your event. The travel fee will be added to the total due.

Daily Rates
Any events requiring travel of 75 or more miles one-way will be booked at a daily rate of $800.00 per day plus travel expenses for Stretch and $1000.00 per day plus travel expenses for Santa. The daily fee covers up to 4 (Four) hours of entertainment. Up to 2 (Two) additional hours of entertainment may be purchased for $100.00 per hour.
If the timing of the event requires overnight stays there will be a half day charge of $500.00 for any extra days spent traveling to or from the event. This would occur for an event scheduled in the early morning or late evening where travel would be best done either the day before or the day after the event.

Booking Agreements and Booking Fees
When you call to schedule your event, we will pencil your event in on our calendar and send you a Booking Agreement. A 40% (Forty Percent) Non-Refundable Booking Fee will be required to secure your date and time slot. This fee is due upon booking and will be deducted from the total due at the event. Please look over the agreement to confirm that we have all of the details correct and then sign and return it. The Booking Fee may be paid by check or online with a credit card through PayPal.com. The Booking Agreement and Booking Fee must be received within 5 business days or your event may be pre-empted by another event. The date is not set until we receive your signed Booking Agreement and Booking Fee.
A $35.00 fee will be added to any check returned for insufficient funds or any other reason.

Charity Work
If you are a non-profit organization, church or other charitable organization, we cannot work at your event for free, especially on the weekends. If you would like to have us at your event, but can’t afford to pay us, you may want to consider getting a sponsor to pay for our services. The sponsor gets advertising that’s tax deductible, you get free entertainers and we get paid, it’s a win-win situation for everyone.
We donate our services for free to Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and the North Texas Make-A-Wish Foundation because of the support and services they provided when our 7 year old son Keenan was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Although they were not able to save our son, the work they did, and continue to do is incredible and we will continue to support them in any way possible for as long as we are around.
